If you are ready to work through the things that are concerning you, then your relationship with your counsellor will provide you with the opportunity to make progress towards your goals .

Our counsellors have been trained in a variety of counselling modalities based around long term therapeutic work.

This may involve looking at how things have affected you in your past to ensure they don't impact your future.
